How it works
From original read to modified file in three steps
The file service runs entirely through the workshop panel. You keep the tool, the car and the customer — we handle the calibration.
Upload the original read
Read the ECU or TCU with your master tool and upload the original file through the panel at app.repromatronic.es, selecting the modifications you need.
Engineers modify and verify
A human engineer adapts the calibration to your request and verifies the file before delivery. No auto-generated maps, ever.
Download and flash
Download the modified file from the panel — typically the same day during support hours — and flash it. An engineer is on WhatsApp if you need help.

Because every file is modified and verified by a human engineer, returned fast through a dedicated panel, and backed by support every day — with no subscriptions and no auto-generated maps. An engine control unit calibration is not a commodity: the same request behaves differently on different hardware, software versions and fuel qualities. Automated map generators ignore that. Our engineers do not.
One panel account covers stage tuning, gearbox files, limiters and off-road solutions across all major brands — cars, vans and trucks. You read the vehicle with your own master tool; we return a verified file, typically the same day during support hours.

Frequently asked questions
How do I order a tuning file?
Register your workshop at app.repromatronic.es, upload the original ECU read and select the modifications you need. An engineer modifies and verifies the file, then returns it through the panel — typically the same day during support hours (8:00–22:00 CET).
Which master tools do you support?
We accept reads from Alientech KESS3, Magic Motorsport Flex, Autotuner, bFlash, Dimsport New Genius and Trasdata, Hexprog, Autovei Truck Explorer and other master tools. Not sure about yours? Ask us on WhatsApp before you read the ECU.
Do you sell to private car owners?
Yes. The file service is built for workshops, but private owners are welcome. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will explain the best option for your vehicle.
What are your support hours?
Online engineer support runs every day from 8:00 to 22:00 CET. The Zaragoza office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00 CET. Files are delivered during support hours, typically the same day.
